How To Open a Support Request

  1. Sign in to the Helpdesk using your BIACC email address
  2. Click on the "Open a New Ticket" Buttonimage
  3. Select a Help Topic from the drop down menu. For example if you want to report a Printer problem, you select "Low Impact Problem"
  4. Once you have selected that, type in the Issue Summary(like an email subject) and in the text box below, please try and provide some details with regards to the problem being reported.
  5. Click on "Create Ticket"image
  6. Your support request has now been logged and assigned a ticket #.
  7. The ICT Unit will respond to your request accordingly.
